Arcadia Paver Installation
Paver patios, driveways, pool decks and fire pits for Arcadia homes.
Arcadia sits between Camelback Mountain and the Arizona Canal, with large lots, older ranch homes and many newer rebuilds among the citrus trees.
Arcadia lots are often flood-irrigated with grass and mature trees, so paver projects here plan around irrigation and roots. Common projects are wide paver driveways, front courtyards and large backyard patios.
Two parts of a paver project can involve the City of Phoenix. Phoenix's single-family driveway policy says a driveway in the street right-of-way that runs longer than 10.5 feet and uses a material other than concrete or asphalt, pavers included, needs a maintenance agreement from the Street Transportation Department. The City's fences and walls guide also lists permits for retaining walls over 3 feet, and for shorter retaining walls on hillside lots. We check both during the estimate and confirm current requirements with Planning & Development (602-262-7811).
