Ahwatukee Paver Installation
Paver patios, driveways, pool decks and fire pits for Ahwatukee homes.
Ahwatukee is Phoenix's community south of South Mountain, with neighborhoods built mostly from the 1970s through the 2000s and many HOAs.
Pool decks and backyard patios are the most common projects here, along with replacing cracked cool decking. Many HOAs ask for approval of front-yard and driveway changes, which we help you plan for.
Two parts of a paver project can involve the City of Phoenix. Phoenix's single-family driveway policy says a driveway in the street right-of-way that runs longer than 10.5 feet and uses a material other than concrete or asphalt, pavers included, needs a maintenance agreement from the Street Transportation Department. The City's fences and walls guide also lists permits for retaining walls over 3 feet, and for shorter retaining walls on hillside lots. We check both during the estimate and confirm current requirements with Planning & Development (602-262-7811).
